Cayuga Ducks
Val keeps Cayuga and Khaki Campbell ducks.
Unfortunately they interbreed so we are not able to supply pure hatching eggs.
Our geese have not raised any young for the past two years
so we shall be trying to hatch some gosliings this year (2009),
but not selling any hatching eggs. Too disappointing.

We have 2 pairs of Sebatopols, our original pair being more true to type than the 'new' pair, Eve and Ross. These geese lay an egg every other day for a fairly short season in the Spring, about 15 eggs in total, then sit on the nest. Dad guards the nest, woe betide a curious chicken, or (this year) a duck wanting to reclaim their duck house.
Some goslings get adult feathering plain like Eve, some fluffy like our original pair,
and some completely frizzled.
